Enclosed in a durable 16 gauge, powder-coated heat shield; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. Heat shield requires little or no assembly and the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Unlike many competitors, aFe flow-bench tests and dyno tunes each intake system in-house with an emphasis on mid-range power, giving your R52/R53 MCS more usable power and torque response in daily and real-world driving situations.
