Injen Technology has just released their tuned Short Ram for the Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ / Toyota 86. The Injen intake for the FR-S/BRZ/T86 features Injen's patented MR Technology, their webbed Nano- Fiber Dry filter, an enclosed air box, 6061 T6 aluminum intake tube and TIG welded construction.

As tested by Injen the FR-S/BRZ/T86 intake produced gains up to 12 hp and 9ft. lbs of torque!

Injen Power Flow series short ram intake systems for the Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S feature special tuning technology for optimal performance gains and a safe A/F ratio while preventing any chances of hydrolocking with the shielded short ram design. The patent pending technology behind the Mega Ram system constricts the air intake at one point, and then maximizes airflow at other points to supply the maximum amount of air to the intake manifold. Injen Power Flow intakes are also specifically tuned for you vehicle, engine, and engine control unit. Other air intake systems often force the engine to run too lean, risking overheating and other possible engine damage. With the Injen Power Flow, the air flow is tuned for optimal performance and engine safety. By reducing turbulence and providing a less restrictive flow through the high performance filter, each intake system is engineered to provide improved horsepower and torque gains over the stock setup. Each 6061 T-6 aluminum alloy intake for the FR-S/BRZ is finished off with an Injen performance dry air filter with built-in velocity stack. These short ram kits include a two piece heat shield kit to isolate the filter from the hot engine bay air for increased performance! Stainless steel clamps, high quality silicone hoses, and instructions are also included for an easy installation.
