The famous Eurosport Design Exhaust Tips! Our double walled exhaust tips are made from start to finish here in the USA from 100% T304 stainless steel and hand crafted with high luster polish. These are perfect for E46 M3 owners that want to get rid of their factory tips for a sportier more aggressive look. Our tips give M3 customers the option of having aggressive exhaust tips without a loud performance muffler, they are not resonated and will not change the sound of your exhaust. Our stainless steel will last 5 times longer than chrome tips. We stand behind the quality of our tips by giving customers a lifetime warranty. They can easily be welded on by any muffler shop, it's a simple job. Tips are sold individually.

The imitation tips cost very little to produce causing them to rust, chip or stain after a year or so. We've been making tips at our production facility in the USA since 2006 and have not had a single tip rust or chip. DIY Installation for E46 M3 (same as Z4M):
1. Remove the factory tips by drilling out the 3 rivets on each tip. You may need to remove the bumper or rear diffuser to reach the top rivet on each factory tip. Some customers have been able to reach the top rivet without removing anything.

2. Once the OEM tips are removed our tips are a perfect fit and slide right on the OEM muffler. If you want these new tips to extend out from the muffler the exact same distance as the OEM tips you will need to cut about an 1" off the rear inlet of each new tip. However, some customers prefer the tips extending out the back slightly further than factory. It's personal preference, slide the tips on and see if you like the fitment, if not it's very easy to trim the rear inlet to your desired length.

3. In order to complete the installation drill the small holes in rear inlet of each new tip to match the holes on the OEM tips. Then you're ready to install the tips. Once installed the tips will slightly touch each other at the very back. This doesn't cause any problems, you can only tell the very back inside section of the tips are touching if you are looking from under the car.
